We love our food trucks!

Obtaining a daily ($25) or yearly ($100)mobile food service permit is very easy through the town of Carver.  The Carver Board of Health can issue the permits quickly and they are great to work with.  Here's a link: https://www.carverma.gov/board-health 

We generally start promoting food truck appearances through social media and on our beer menus one week prior to your arrival.  Our website calendar is continually updated and your appearances are visible once you have confirmed.  We are happy to cross-promote on additional sites as well.  

Most food trucks set up next to the beer garden but we also allow trucks to park in the back and serve directly in the taproom during colder months or inclement weather.  We also provide a 50 amp service if you choose to use to not use your generators.
